- walk and stand up with your back up straight
- act like a confident person would // fake it till you make it
- donnot feel the need to prove oneself to others; act like someone who’s sure of themselves

- like and like to do again but feel anxious when doing
- surround yourself with supportive people & limit exposure to negativity
- be genuinely interested in what people have to say // be friendly with everyone
